Prepare Your Package
Place the unwashed, unworn items with original tags attached into the original eco-friendly packaging to ensure safe transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
